Crackers that taste like thin mints!
I got this recipe from someone at work. It is SO simple and VERY yummy:
You will Need:
*Andes creme de menthe baking chips
*Microwave
*Ritz crackers*Something to dip the Ritz cracker in (I used my pampered chef utensil).
*A plate or tray to place the cookies on (I used my pampered chef cooling rack and placed tinfoil on it)
*PAM to make the plate or tray non-stick.
1) Microwave the Andes (1 min. in mine).
2) Stir until no lumps.
3) Dip Ritz cracker into Andes.
4) Place cracker onto plate.
5) Put plate into refrigerator to cool.

Team Bobby!
As most of you know, my dad was diagnosed with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosiss in 1999. Since then he has progressed to primary progressive multiple sclerosis which has caused him to be able to only use a minor amount of his right hand. He now needs 24 hour care. If you know my dad you know that he is one of the most positive people IN THE WORLD and while he has his ups and downs he continues to amaze his family and fr...iends despite his challenges.
So to support my dad and others affected with multiple sclerosis Jon and I are going to walk on May 1, 2011 in Hastings, MN. Feel free to read the information below!
Please consider a pledge to create a world free of multiple sclerosis
and support us during Walk MS: Christopher & Banks Walk presented
by Walser. MS stops people from moving. The National MS Society exists
to make sure it doesn't. Please help by making a donation - large or small - to move closer to a cure for MS. You can also join me on the day of the event (registration is free). Become a participant and side by side we will move together to raise funds that make a difference.

Gino!

We would like to introduce you to a new member of our family!
GINO!!
He is a miniature pinscher mix we adopted from the Humane Society. He is between 2-3 years old and SO cute. We knew right when we saw him he was going to be our dog. We aren't sure about his past. He was a stray but he seems to have perfect house manners. He hasn't tried to get into anything at all and only has chewed his toys. The only time we heard him bark was at the shelter when all of the other dogs were barking like crazy. He slept perfectly in his kennel last night. So far he knows "sit" very well. He seems to know lay and he for sure knows his name. We weren't sure if we were going to keep his name as Gino but we think it's fine.
So... lets see how he does while we are gone at work!
HERE'S TO GINO!!!

Time
I just felt like the past five years went RIGHT before my very eyes. I saw a child that FIVE YEARS AGO ( REALLY!? Has it been five years?!) was in the after school program I worked at. At that time she was 5... NOW SHE IS TEN AND AS TALL AS MEEEEEE!!!! It FREAKED ME OUT!!! ...............
It seems that my theme lately has been time. I think about it a lot. Where has it GONE!?
