Day 1:
352 Calories burned; 2.55 miles; 60 minutes.

Day 2:
 384 Calories burned; 2.87 miles; 60 minutes.

Day 3:
  394 Calories burned; 2.93 miles; 60 minutes 41 seconds.

Okay.  I know to most people that isn't very impressive but for someone who was pretty much never worked out at all (and hadn't in weeks) it feels GREAT!

There would be a day 4 but Hubby and I made dinner for my parents last night.  And then Hubby hurt his poor self and we ended up in the E.R. for four-ish hours.  Don't worry he is okay now!  Just a sprain! 

I wish I could make myself get up earlier to work out.  I am not a morning person but when I am finally up early I like it.  I have to get up for work at 5:00 ish so if I wanted to get up early enough to get a good work out I would have to get up at 4:00 ish.  Set my alarm many times but I can't do it, LOL.  So for now it's been after work.  However; we are going to get busy again so I won't have time after work!  Self disciple... self discipline...
