So my weight loss "journey" has been rather disappointing and long... up until now! It has taken a few weeks but I am on my way to losing a little over 10 lbs! There are two websites I am now using on a regular basis that I highly recommend to anyone trying to lose weight/live a healthier lifestyle. Both of these I found on other friends' blogs.
1) FREE calorie counter and more! This website has helped me IMMENSELY. I had always been one to say "I will never count calories." After trying this site out I see how EASY it really is. On this FREE site you: track calories, carbs, trans fats, cholesterol, etc. You track your exercise and calories burned. You can have your profile/food diary as visible or accessible as you want. The people you meet on there are SO motivational and a lot are going through the same thing as you. Honestly you HAAAAVE to check this out!
2) Activity Calculator Scroll to the bottom and enter your weight and duration of activity. It has everything from gym activities to office work!
